I've wanted to build software products for some time now, and I've been writing often lately. So I built WriteMore, an app focused on helping me write more. No fancy features, or even a landing page for that matter. I wanted to make writing as easy as opening a new tab; mission accomplished.
There's merit to idea validation, determining target users, etc. in the right context. I wanted to get moving without too much analysis. I knew I wanted something like WriteMore for myself anyway, and I could figure things out as I went along. I could have gotten away with basic note taking app, or a more polished product for a few bucks a month. But I wanted to hack on something of my own to use.
